Some of the activities in a project like this might include:

◦  Developing a vision document that outlines what innovative PD can look like in your district and supporting your process of getting input and buy-in for that plan
◦  Identifying the key challenges for teachers in your innovative learning model and designing professional learning experiences to address those challenges
◦  Building flexible choice and/or competency-based learning progressions for teachers into your professional learning model, and/or a system of badges or certificates to allow teachers to move at their own pace
