Building a calendar with regular time for professional learning.
◦  Working with your coaching team to build an empowering approach to facilitating teacher learning.
◦  Directly facilitating adult learning sessions to help them understand your vision for teaching and learning and how that vision can meet the needs of your students.
◦  Helping teachers grow their understanding of how systems of race, power, and privilege may differentially affect students and families and what they can do to create equitable learning environments.
◦  Tracking progress of professional development efforts and building in feedback loops that foster continuous improvement.
