Student Support Programming

Provide student-facing, wraparound programs that enhance and amplify existing in-house opportunities and capabilities, often through partnerships with other providers

If you need help with identifying and implementing high-quality and strategic enrichment programming before and/or after school to support students and families
A provider can provide research support and project management to ensure new programming meets the needs of your students and families.

Some of the activities in a project like this might include:

◦  Conducting a needs assessment and synthesizing/aggregating data to surface priority areas
◦  Developing a plan for student, teacher, and parent input to identify the needs and goals for additional programming, then supporting the team with project management, tools, templates, and data analysis to execute that plan.
◦  Analyzing previous family support / enrichment efforts to date in your district, then researching providers and programming options to provide recommendations that address identified needs
◦  Developing an RFP and selecting provider(s), as appropriate
◦  Building a resourcing model including exploring existing and potential new sources of funding to pay for additional services.
◦  Developing an implementation plan and ensuring that everyone involved in the plan knows their role and is prepared (with time, support, funding, etc) to take action
