If you need help with establishing access to and partnerships with mental health programs and counseling
A provider can do the background work to find and get started with a partner and help your community start accessing services.
Some of the activities in a project like this might include:
◦ Identifying needs for partnership, goals, and expected outcomes. Drafting an RFP and managing the submission, review and evaluation process to help school/district leaders make a decision that fits needs.
◦ Negotiating partnership agreements, MOUs, pricing/payment issues, and a plan for measurement and reporting. Support partnership initiation meetings if needed.
◦ Building a communication plan to help students, teachers, families and the community understand the anticipated benefits and how to access services
◦ Developing a plan to monitor participation and outcomes
